Autovaletdirect attend the British International Motor Show 2008 at the Excel London

Autovaletdirect supplied seven franchisees over fourteen days to prepare and maintain the Alfa Romeo stand for the British International Motor Show 2008 at the Excel London.

The big news on the Alfa Romeo exhibition stand was the compact and sporty MiTo, which made its first appearance at any motor show having just missed the Geneva show in March.

There was also an opportunity to drool over the 8C Spider, the convertible version of the gorgeous 8C Competizione, as well as the smaller Alfa Spider, Prodrive-fettled Brera S , the GT Cloverleaf coupé and the sporty Ti version of the 159 saloon.

Franchisees were responsible for valeting and preparing all the Alfa Romeo show cars to exhibition standards and maintain the appearance through the course of the show.

“They were very long and tiring days for the franchisees but proved to be very rewarding financially and for the experience everyone gained” said Chris Johnson, Managing Director for Autovaletdirect Franchising Ltd.
